How long will my order take to arrive?+
We dispatch from Airport Oaks, Auckland within 1 to 2 business days (up to 3 in peak periods). Delivery then takes 1 to 3 business days for metro areas, 3 to 6 for regional and 3 to 8 inter island.

How does the 60 day money back guarantee work?+
Email us within 60 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the product and the surface it didn't work on. We'll help with technique first, and if we can't solve it we refund the full purchase price.
Can I return something I've changed my mind on?+
Yes, within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Send us a message with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?+
Sorry about that. Email photos of the damaged item to contact@glassguard.co.nz within 60 days and we'll send a replacement, or a full refund if it's out of stock.
